The 39-year-old claimed that her 6-year-old daughter was stabbed by more than 200 bedbugs after being attacked by Salmonella after eating poorly prepared meat while traveling.

From Emma WarwickshireThe East Midlands were similarly shocked when their seven-year-old son cut his foot into the abandoned glass left next to the pool.

In retrospect, she believed that the entire hotel needed to be repaired. Children were playing games on the floor of the pool with loose tiles.

In addition, the family was forced to wait hours for dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it is said that they had to serve their own drinks due to the lack of staff at the all-inclusive resort.

Almost four months after his vacation, Emma is still in a dispute over a refund with a travel agency.

She was appalled by TUI’s complaint system and claimed that several members of the customer service team hung up on her.

Emma wrote her complaint on Twitter last week:

“The experience I expected from a five-star resort ended with grievance, which provides the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and is well done.”

In this week’s speech, Emma said:

“My complaint hasn’t been resolved after almost four months.

“Bed bugs were the worst for me, but Salmonella made her very poor for my daughter. It was his worst moment for my son to cut his leg at the edge of the pool.

“The all-inclusive 5-star resort had no staff and no coffee shop, so we all had to serve our own drinks and work at the bar.

“Room service stopped two days after the holiday and sometimes waited for dinner for two hours.”

Emma claims that Tui only admitted their complaint in February after being informed that her proceedings would be passed to the legal team.

But after trying to contact the vacation company several times, she says, “I haven’t heard anything since.”

She states: “The number in the message from the chat only leads me to the complaint form, or pretending to be booking a new holiday, the person in charge always asks someone to talk about my complaint. Hang up. “

A Tui spokesman told Sun: “I’m sorry to hear about your family experience.

“We talked to our customers about their concerns and explained their options.

“It is inappropriate to comment further, as it has been fully investigated.

“We want to reassure our customers that we regularly audit all the hotels we offer for health and safety, including food safety.”
